The Tono Theta 9100E is a complete communications terminal supporting a variety of modes including:  Morse code, Baudot RTTY, ASCII and AMTOR (ARQ & FEC). It has seven keyboard-selectable, non-volatile, random access memory channels each of which can hold 256 characters. Morse code is adjustable from 5 to 50 wpm via ten keyboard selectable steps. Speed autotrack on receive. For RTTY nine keyboard selectable speeds are supported to cover Baudot standard speeds of 60, 67, 75 and 100 wpm and ASCII at 110, 200, 300, 600 and 1200 Baud. This device provides composite video to a monitor (not supplied). This advanced item features: a two page display memory contains 80 x 40 lines per page, or 40 x 24 lines. Split-Screen, 3120 character keyboard buffer, Word Wrap-Around, Automatic Transmit/ Receive Switch, Unshift on Space, automatic CR/LF, CW and Echo Functions, RY and QBF test messages and CW practice. It even has a light pen so that graphic patterns can be sent. There are also outputs for audio monitor and oscilloscope. There is an AFSK modulator for transceivers without direct FSK connections.

This device requires a composite video monitor and 12 VDC at 1.3 Amps.
